Shit -- I shouldn't have put the Maalox away just yet...

Well kids, it's that time again. So put on the seat belts for this crazy ride.

First I would like to say that Undie's been good all summer. Boy's been jobbing once in a while, rasslin' with those young pups, and selling moves. He even put a good match on with Test, of all people. This past summer was refreshing change from last summer when he acted like an asshole.

Speaking of that Summer of Sucktitude, the main fiasco during the time was that "Stalker" angle you all know I loved so much. :P And the star of which being Sara, who eventually began to fade out due to the fact fans (outside of that select 7 and their multiple personalities) thought she straight-out sucked and wasn't worth the time. And this dislike was vocally (and oh-so brutally honestly) posted everywhere: RSPW, smart sites, general fan sites, this lovely little piece o' cyberspace you're visiting now, etc. So seeing the general widespread backlash, along with his change for the better, I figured both would take it for a loss and stop poking her into the show in any way or form.

And I read on 1wrestling that Sara was pregnant few weeks ago. Actually, I thought this would be a good thing for both of them. Yes, to all the Sara Weenies who read this and seethe at my every word, I said it might be a good thing for them. I especially thought so of Sara. Now if some of you are still with me if you haven't had a coronary, let me continue. I know my opinion of her has been less than stellar, which has been due to various factors. And for you all, I'll review some of the main points. I do this to cover my ass and to hopefully avoid those lovely, "yur jelas of sara cuz she's haveing taker's babie" or "why r u mean 2 sara? sara is great cuz shes marryied to taker" mails.

Okay, back to Sara being preggers and why I hoped it might be a good thing. The main reason is experiencing such a thing might have helped her grow up and enter that stage we like to call adulthood. And instead of having her eyes trained on the spotlight and focused on how to even be in its outskirts, she would have something else, something obviously more important to concentrate on at home. So see- I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Well, all that hoping was blown out of the water when I read SmackDown spoilers for the 5th of September. In the show, Sara and her unborn child were part of a confrontation between Taker and Lesnar. And when he started talking about "mah family," my first thought was, "Oh shit- not this again," followed by a groan. I couldn't help but think Sara might be back for a spell and using her pregnancy as part of the angle. I wouldn't put it past them, to be honest. Every time he talks about his "family" something kicks up. In '97 we had the whole "Who set the funeral parlor fire?" thing, and the feuding from that lasted into '98. In 2001, when he started talking about "family" and "wife" we were subjected to the widely panned "Stalker" angle. So what's to stop a pregnant Sara being terrorized by Lesnar and Paul E. to get at Taker?

I honestly couldn't believe Taker would approve of even a mention because I think it's, well, ridiculous. It was completely out of context of the rest of the confrontation. The whole premise of it was about years of experience and then the pregnancy mention was brought out of left field. Also, the whole thing of using your wife's real-life pregnancy to help set up an angle is unbelievably tacky. For most people, they would be taken aback of using such a wonderful, intimate, loving time that's shared with friends and family for a fucking wrestling angle and probably to help her WWF "career." Or maybe I'm just too sentimental a gal in feeling that way, that a pregnancy should be on that certain level. If the Calaways want to resurrect the Mark and Sara Show and ride about on 4-wheelers like assholes and show us their hillbilly compound down in Austin, whatever. But it takes things to another low to also insert an unborn child into all of that.

I also think you all reading this probably don't even need to question who I think was the source for it. Sara obviously approved of it or else it wouldn't have been used. Don't give me that "The WWE made them do it" bullshit. Calaway is a big boy walking around backstage with some major stroke. Prime example - the 2001 fiasco where he really let it fly. So if there is an outside chance someone at the WWF proposed this, he has more than enough say to put his foot down. And if he and Sara thought it up (the more likely thing), he could have easily had it put into the show script. As for Sara, she probably was overjoyed the opportunity arose because it was a much wider announcement than the 1wrestling blurb that didn't make a ripple on the Internet wrestling community. And I think another reason it was done to keep her name fresher in the minds of wrestling fans since most are forgetting about her. She reminds me of those has-been celebrities who will announce anything just so people will say, "Oh- I remember (insert former famous here)." And I also find it quite amazing that a once private man will go along with this ponying up of information as long as it seems to help out his wife's cause for "fame." Just lovely that he's willing to sell out his principles to help his starry-eyed young wife.

So will she show up again? Only time will tell. If she does, I'll be ready with heated words and rotten produce if I'm subjected to this. With the extreme backlash last year, you would have thought both would have learned their lessons. But if they haven't, I have a feeling what will come around this time regarding criticism will make last year look like a cakewalk.
